microsoft entourage 2008 to outlook 2016

I just bought a MacBookPro.

I have Microsoft Office 2016 installed on it and I wish to use Outlook.

On my older MacBookPro I have Entourage for Mac2008 installed.

Is there a way to export all emails/contacts from the old Mac to the new one?

Any help would be appreciated.

That's new then, previously you downloaded and then entered the key in order to activate (post install).
