Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Starting about three days ago, my iPod Classic is freezing up during playback when I press any of the buttons ie. back, fast forward etc or scrolling. It continues again at the same place but I'm obviously concerned this may lead to a bigger issue, Any help would be much appreciated, thanks

Do a Reset (restart) on the iPod, if you have not already
Learn how to reset your iPod - Apple Support (see section iPod with a click wheel)
If the iPod is still not operating properly, you may want to do a Restore on it using iTunes. This erases the iPod, reinstalls its software, and sets it to default settings.
After the Restore and re-sync, if the problem recurs, there may be a hardware problem on the iPod.
