If you're using Bluetooth
- Check your car stereo's user manual for steps about pairing with a Bluetooth device.
- On your iOS device, swipe up to open Control Center, then tap
twice to turn Bluetooth off and back on.
- Restart your iOS device.
- On your iOS device, unpair your car stereo. On your car's display, unpair your iOS device and any other devices. Restart your car and your iOS device, then pair and connect again.
- Update your iOS device.
- Install any firmware updates for your car stereo.
- If you still can't connect, contact Apple Support.

Pedro , thanks for the reply. i have no problem connecting via Bluetooth the issue is vehicle radio keeps taking over my phone calls even though I have a Bluetooth headset connected. friend has a android phone and he can select what he wants his Bluetooth connection to do. Example he can select a certain vehicle radio and select audio only and for another connection he can select phone and audio streaming.
I Want that ability so I can stream audio while driving but I want my phone calls to go to plant tonics headset.
