iMessage and Facetime stopped working on my iPad mini.

I used ti be able to facetime and send imessages to other iphone users using my data plan and it stopped working. I use t-mobile for the ipad mini. Does anyone else have this issue Or know why this just happened?

iPad mini 2 Wi-Fi, Cellular, iOS 9.3.1

Try this


Sign out of iMessage and FaceTime

Sign out of Find iPhone

Sign out of iCloud


Try a forced restart - After shutting down all open apps using the app switcher - invoked by quick double press of the home button and swiping up on each app till it flies off the screen.


Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons down together till you see  logo - then release and allow normal boot up


Then sign back into all of the above
