How to disable flash messages.

Hello, I keep getting a flash message with spam. I tried to contact my carrier but they said the message was sent by another individual that's not affiliated to the carrier, so they don't have any control over it.

I don't have any information from where the message was sent from, is there any way to block these pop up messages with an app or something? It just seriously frustrates me.

I solved the issue finally. This is how I fixed the issue

1. Updated to iOS 11.0.3

2. Open Settings - Phone - SIM Applications

3. Select the Service at the top of the list

4. Tap Stop

5. Click Accept

You need to stop all services listed under SIM Applications.

No, they pop up and then disappear. It doesn't get saved in my messages. Since they're flash messages.

Contact your carrier. Flash SMS messages are illegal in most countries.

Hi there. I am from India and use the Idea network. Just talked tothem and they gave me a ussd code and it worked. Ao ur carrier may help u. They were seriously annoying. Thank God its sorted now.

Hey I am on an idea network too. How did it work for you?The data pop ups are now enabled by this code. But how to disable call cost flash message? If you know please share

Try *121*46# on idea network in India. This will disable the flash messages.
