I bought iphone6s plus in February from tmobile, i satrted getting problem in it of getting hanged, heatup after 15-20 days, I initially called supoort and chat with them too, they reset the phone and it worked fine for couple of days then again i started getting same problem, i reset it myself for 3-4 times since then using my mac book pro and itunes but again its giving me hard time for same issues.
I have to be online even if I am not on my laptop and because this phone gets hanged i missed important messages and skype chat related to work.
I have Mac book pro, I have ipad Air, those 2 devices working perfectly for me that me made buy iphone first time ever but this gave me such hard time that i do not want to use iphone any more.
First time when i called to support centre just after a month i bought this phone, guy on conversation with me told me that if you will face problem again we will take the phone back as you just bought it. I was trying to have faith in this phone and did reset myself too after tech support guy of Apple did first time and i did that because of my business in work, i cant afford to do the same reset thing again and again and then do my all settings again so I am done with iphone and i do not want to use it anymore but a i called today to tech support they refused to take the phone, why not as I am facing the problem since less than a month i bought it and your guy told me the same.
