The apple firum and 3 visits to the genius turns up empty for the battery issues after upgrading to IOS 10... they replace battery...no improvement.... Touch ID stopped working.... they tried everything ... they even checked my phone and said it was one from a specified lot of defective phones... I have been in the IT business for 35 years now and there is not much that can get by me... I know the issues come from holding back on testing for all the variable iPhone 6s phones- parts come from many places... I read that some of the 6s have diff batteries and different proc chips .... it is terrible customer service when I keep going into a store to get the thing fixed and all the "genious's" think they can talk past me....I know the problem and have researched this for countless hours....apple knows that the few thousand folks around the world who have an particular issue is a small voice thus easier to ignore... please don't talk down to folks looking for escalation ... it's terrible customer service policy.... escalation is exactly that--- they tried the process but no results so up the chain they go--- respect that please

You can click on the contact us link at the bottom of the page and get in touch with them if you would like

Also - if you go to another store if possible - and ask nicely but firmly to speak with a senior manager - you may get a different response

I bought iphone6s plus in February from tmobile, i satrted getting problem in it of getting hanged, heatup after 15-20 days, I initially called supoort and chat with them too, they reset the phone and it worked fine for couple of days then again i started getting same problem, i reset it myself for 3-4 times since then using my mac book pro and itunes but again its giving me hard time for same issues.

I have to be online even if I am not on my laptop and because this phone gets hanged i missed important messages and skype chat related to work.

I have Mac book pro, I have ipad Air, those 2 devices working perfectly for me that me made buy iphone first time ever but this gave me such hard time that i do not want to use iphone any more.

First time when i called to support centre just after a month i bought this phone, guy on conversation with me told me that if you will face problem again we will take the phone back as you just bought it. I was trying to have faith in this phone and did reset myself too after tech support guy of Apple did first time and i did that because of my business in work, i cant afford to do the same reset thing again and again and then do my all settings again so I am done with iphone and i do not want to use it anymore but a i called today to tech support they refused to take the phone, why not as I am facing the problem since less than a month i bought it and your guy told me the same.

No, we can't. We are not Apple employees. We cannot help you resolve anything with Apple support.


Your phone has a one year warranty. You can take it to a local Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Provider or you can make arrangements with Apple to send it in. It's not at all clear what exactly Apple said they would do and are now saying they won't do.
