2015 Macbook Pro 13 Retina El Capitan freezes randomly

Question

Hi,I have a 2015 Macbook Pro 13 with Retina screen. I bough it in December. It has the most recent El Capitan update (OSX 10.11.4). I have 91,8 GB of free space on the SSD. Around a month ago, bad freezes started to happen. The freezes usually happen when I&#x27;m browsing Safari, I don&#x27;t know if it has to do anything with YouTube videos, but maybe it&#x27;s worth noting that I usually have a tab open in Safari which is YouTube when it happens (but not always). Today, I already had 2 freezes, before the first one happened, I read some article, and it happened (a YouTube tab was open in Safari, however, the video was not playing at the moment when the freeze happened). The second time, I watched a YouTube video, and the freeze happened when I clicked on the time bar to render the video at a specific moment. The freeze usually happens when I interact with something like this, either opening a new video in YouTube (like clicking on a video recommendation on the right panel), or interacting with the video itself. It is worth noting, that after I restart the computer, the previous video is the one what opens in Safari, if the freeze occured during the playing of the video what freezed just after I started to play it.However, it is not only Safari what can cause the freeze. There was one instance, when I watched images in the Photos app. There were a lot of them, and I pressed the right and left arrow to browse through them. Then it suddenly freezed the whole system, couldn&#x27;t get out from the app or do anything. These kind of freezes are really bad, I can&#x27;t interact with the computer in any way, the mouse cursor freezes, the time freezes at the status bar, no Cmd+Space for Spotlight, no reactions to physical buttons whatsoever. Only option is to wait some minutes (to identify clearly the processes before and during the system crash in the log), then press and hold the power button until the machine shuts off itself.I thought first this is a software issue, I did a full reinstall of the system (formatted the SSD, downloaded Yosemite, then upgraded back to El Capitan again). I had 2 full weeks of calm, but today it happened again (2 times so far). I&#x27;m sharing the log from System log queries: All messages. The last freeze happened at 13:31, and I waited until 13:37 to restart the computer. That&#x27;s it? I didn&#x27;t have the Anyconnect software before the reinstall of El Capitan, so it certainly wasn&#x27;t the problem when the notebook first started to freeze.I will try if it works. Thank you!

Since the freeze occurs randomly, I can&#x27;t say for sure that it&#x27;s gone. But since I reinstalled that software without the websecurity module, I haven&#x27;t encountered problems so far with the machine. However, like I said, it freezed before I reinstalled OSX and formatted the SSD, and back then I didn&#x27;t have that software, so it couldn&#x27;t have been the main problem.I saved some log entries back then as well (before the factory reset, when I didn&#x27;t have the Cisco software anywhere). This is from System log queries: All messages again. The freeze happened at 15:28 and I waited until 15:30 for a force shutdown and restart.
