I'm not able to download apps to my iPhone from the App Store. It come "waiting". But never starts downloading. I tried it with wifi and mobile data. Both aren't downloading apps

You should try to restart your iPhone by holding down the home button and lock button at same time.If this doesnt work sign out your icloud and re sign in then try to download the apps.Finally if the above steps doesnt work,reset your network settings .

I've been having an issue with not being able to download the chase mobile app for over a month now. All the options explained on this thread have been tried but the issue persists.

I really need a solution ASAP since this affecting my ability to do banking effectively.

I know this ***** for everyone listen I know this ***** but the only way to fix this is to completely reset all settings and data then pick iCloud so your phone is the same and it still won't download then u can hold down lock screen button and home button I know it ***** but I figured it would be helpful u would think if we paid 900 dollars for the best greatest iPhone it would actually work huh

OK dude so I've been on Apple support like 20 times and nothing they have said except if you go to your settings and will go up tomorrow or you have general all the way down and click reset network settings you can download one app where that's out works for me I had a nap already waiting in then I can reset the network settings on my Wi-Fi and it will download that one app

I just got the iPhone 6s and also having trouble downloading apps from the App Store. It just keeps going in circles after I hit the get button. I'm also having trouble with getting the free 3 month music trial. When I hit the button on it, it just sits on that same page and doesn't load to the next thing. I have turned and logged out of the app wifi, signed in and out of the App Store and nothing helped. How can I fix these problems?

I had that problem with updating and downloading apps. I don't know if you've tried already but it worked when I tapped the the loading symbol by the app in the AppStore to where is had the download cloud or "install" button come up, and tapped again.

I have the same issue on an iPad pro. I have tried the restart, tried deleting, tried resetting all settings, all to no avail. Now, I have deleted all of the apps to update them through iTunes, but the new version of iTunes for windows doesn't let you download apps to sync with your device. Now I am well and truly screwed. There has been no useful answer to this question posted since it was first asked a year ago. I am getting very upset.

I’m having a problem downloading an app, hearthstone. I have an iPhone 6 and have been able to download the app before and it says I don’t have enough storage on my phone but when I go to look I have used 11 of the 16gb storage and the app is only 2.6gb. Tried to restart phone and redownload app. Udapted to iOS 11. Still didn’t work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’ve never had an app not work after all those steps.

I had the same problem. Hold down the lock screen button and the home button at the same time until your iPhone restarts. That solved the issue for me.
