I'm not able to download apps to my iPhone from the App Store. It come "waiting". But never starts downloading. I tried it with wifi and mobile data. Both aren't downloading apps

Restarting works. I had the same problem after purchasing my new iPhone 5s. Restarted and works!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have this problem too I cannot download anything from App Store please help me I donot have any app.

I have a brand new IPhone 6S Plus. I have 3 Apps on my phone that will not up load they are in the waiting zone. I have tried everything possible. I have shut phone off. I have tried to delete apps and it will not let me even delete them. Please help these are actually apps i have used in the past often and would like to use again. Any help would be appreciated.

My iPhone 7 has this same problem. I am very angry in few weeks. My iPhone has data since 2013.

I’ve tried this all:

1. Soft Reboot / Hard Reboot (=Force Reboot)
2. Reset All Setings
3. Reset network settings
4. Restored again with backup when I was back up at iOS 9.
5. Sign out and Sign in Apple ID on AppStore Setting
6. Sign out and Sign in Apple ID on iCloud Setting
7. Change my Apple ID to another one
8. Wi-Fi and LTE
9. VPN
10. Update/download my apps with iTunes (This can download, but still can’t works in iPhone)
11. Close all of apps in app switcher list (double tap of home key)
12. Checked “Settings > General > Restrictions“ Option (I disabled it)
13. Close App Store force => Sign out Appstore on Settings => Hard Reboot => Sigin in iTunes Store again
14. Sync with iTunes and try download apps on iPhone
15. Make Airplane on and back to off after 20 seconds
16. Set ‘Automatically’ to Date & Time
17. Set ‘Manually’ to Date & Time
18. Storage : My phone has 128GB and 80GB free space. But I tried to free more.

Did not work for me. Since getting new iPhone 7, restore started and mostly worked. But NOT ALL APPS downloaded. Updates will not download. New apps will not download. It is just stuck.

I have reset and restarted MANY TIMES.

I've been having the same issue on my 6s. After I click on download in the Apps Store - the blue circle doesn't kick in - just sits and eventually does nothing. Please help.
