Call to iphone from only home phone gets busy signal
Call from home phone (landline) to iphone 6s gets busy signal. i have no blocked users. How can I correct this?

I erroneously checked correct answer. The restart did not help. also unplugged the landline phone, but that did not help. I will call the phone company tomorrow and let you know if I learn anything. Thanks for the quick response. It did seem like the reasonable thing to do.
calls from other landlines and from cell phones work fine - it is only from my home landline that I get a busy signal when dialing my IPHONE6 plus. My wife and I are on the same consumer cellular plan. She has a Doro flip phone (very nice phone). Home phone can successfully call the Doro and consistently gets busy signal when calling my iPhone. My landline provider is Century Link. They cannot find any blockage and can also call the IPHONE. I can not find any settings on IPHONE that would block any calls. One more item that may be of interest. The IPhone call log does list the blocked calls.
If you can call using other landline or mobile, then there must be something on your settings that's causing the issue.
Check
Settings > Do Not Disturb > Allow Calls From > ???
Settings > Phone > Blocked > ???
Settings > Messages > Blocked > ???
Settings > FaceTime > Blocked > ???
Report the problem to both your land-line service provider and to your cellular carrier. If you haven't inadvertently blocked the number connected to your land-line, then it's a routing problem in the telephone network. It's not all that uncommon. Lived in a high rise apartment building a number of years ago that had a buzzer connected to an analog phone line. Worked great, up until I decided to get rid of my land line and use my cell exclusively. It couldn't call me... Took AT&T a week to figure it out even though both the land line and my cell service were supplied by them.
Century link support (landline) and Consumer Cellular support are nearly as confused as I. My landline can call other cell phones; other landlines and cell phones can call my IPHONE; my IPHONE can call any number; Therefore, I am guessing that either KiltedTim has identified the problem, else there is some very unusual setting in my IPHONE. What is the risk of using ITUNES to reset the phone to factory settings, and also could that possibly help? If it is a network problem, I may have to live with it. If you are getting a busy signal when calling your iPhone from the home phone, then it isn't a setting of Do Not Disturb, or call blocking on your iPhone, since that would result in a ring, not a busy signal. Since other phones can contact you and you can contact others, then I would have to say it is on the landline end of things. Since the landline can call other numbers, then I would have to say that it has to be something when it comes to calling your phone. Do they have a blocked number list? Is this a VoIP setup, or a standard line setup?
Can you call your iPhone using another phone (landline/mobile) ?
Whoops - I just cleared the call log and tried to call from the home phone. The call does not show up on the call log.
Settings for phone, message, facetime -> BLOCK are all empty. Only see "ADD NEW" and the message "You will not receive" .....
Follow KiltedTim advice then, it's something in your network.

I backed up the phone using ICLOUD storage; reset the phone (erased everything); restarted as new phone; still get the busy signal. Will post again if the problem gets solved.
