I've AppleTV Gen4 and I want to use HomeKit for turn on/off(LG TV) by SIRI. Do I need addition equipment or setting? I live in thailand.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3

Check out the link below to see the current devices that support HomeKit. Your LG TV is not listed.

You can however turn your TV off and on by using a setting on the Apple TV:
