iTunes 12.3.3 not installing IPA files to iPhone running iOS 9.3.1

Hi guys, i am trying to install an IPA file through iTunes 12.3.3 i dragged the file into iTunes, then click install on the file, then click apple.

When the process goes on the file gets created on the phone for like a second then it is removed again after the second. when i look into iTunes, the file on apps just hangs on n"installing" and the bottom just says "revert" and "apply" again.

what could be the problem, and how can i fix this and install my IPA file.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.3.1

I'm not an iOS developer so I'm not familiar with the inner workings, but perhaps your app needs updating to work correctly with iOS 9.3.1?

You've posted in iTunes for Windows. Normally I'd expect app development and testing to be done on a Mac. 😕 Your enquiry might get better attention in the Developer Forums.

i'm working on a development project where we are creating our own application. i wanted to test it on my iphone.

The application could install successful on the old iTunes and old iOS. so the file cannot be corrupt. it is only when it comes to this new versions that it hangs.
