You need to contact Tracphone if you have an iPhone that is locked to them.

Only the carrier it is locked to can legally authorize removing the carrier lock.
That said, Tracfone is not an authorized carrier for the iPhone and does not sell them. It's hard to believe your phone is locked to them.
