iPhone w/ iOS 9.3.1 not syncing with iCloud/iCal
My iPhone (updated with iOS 9.3.1) is no longer syncing iCal events entered through iCloud.com/#calendar. I've done everything-- restart phone, check Apple ID, etc., etc., to no avail. Help!
