How to sort books by Recent upload/download?

Hi there. I just sorted the book list on iTunes through its Release Date because after updating my iPad 2 to the newest iOS, the order got suddenly scrambled. It was previously sorted by Recent upload/download, and this is how I actually want it to be sorted, however I can't seem to make it happen again thus sorting it through the iTunes (I have 330 books). Now on the iPad, it's not appearing as it should like in the iTunes. How to fix this? PLEASE HELP! And I'm hoping there is a way to fix the list by Recent upload/download since this is very convenient. Thank you.

Do you not know there are some MASSIVE bugs in iOS ibooks... Sorting is completely broken. Sort by date in iTunes and you books on the iPad will appear in a random order. Peridically, the entire app will freeze, all books disappear, and after a couple of restarts reappear in another random order. I have around a 1000 books and periodicals on my iPad, all were listed in date order making it easy to find what I wanted. It's now useless.

COME ON APPLE, THIS IS A MAJOR BUG!!!!!
