User tips are solutions to frequently posted problems or undocumented technical issues written by the users in these forums. Only forum members with at least 4000 reputation points (level 5) are allowed to contribute user tips.

In some forums the advanced users contributed such tips, in others not. See for example: Photos for Mac

If a forum has a user tip section, you can find it by appending the word /content to the URL of the forum.

Photos for Mac https://discussions.apple.com/community/mac_os/photos_osx/content

Then click the User Tip tab on the page that will open.

If a forum has subspaces, you need to include the name of the space, for example for "Using Apple Watch":

Using Apple Watch https://discussions.apple.com/community/watch/using_apple_watch/content

If you start with this one Site map of Communities and Categories then you'll find direct links to the user tip areas in each community. There is also a count of the number of tips in each area to let you know which might be worth exploring, however those are updated manually so it may be worth checking in case something new has been published since I last checked.
