Vibrate and haptic feedback not working on my new iPhone 6s

Did you use Skype app?

I have the very same issue and I am 100% certain that it's Skype iOS App that is causing this. I know this because if I restart the iPhone and no apps are running, the haptics are working properly (vibrating). Then, i launch Skype and make a call, and the haptic vibrations stop working. 100% repeatable.

Skype version 6.30.0.148 on iOS 10.2.1 (14D27).

i found the solution for this problem.

I have an iphone 7 and had the same problem after using skype to call.

The solution is to disable the INTEGRATED CALL option from SKYPE SETTINGS. it will do the job and the 3d touch vibrations will work after.

Hi. Same problem here. I noticed that when I switch my iPhone 7+ to silent mode and use it for a while, after switching back, most of the time haptics won't work until restart. If I flip back to silent I get the haltics vibration but that is the only one working. No feedback when pulling down notification centre, setting alarms etc...

Apple, your crap is getting worse and worse, this is just one of many bugs I have exprienced... when S8 Note comes out and won't blow up I will be trying a new non-apple phone. Something I would consider quite impossible just 3 years ago... R.I.P. Steve Jobs. Cook is an accountant, not a vidionary...

If the haptic feedback returns to normal following a device restart, you can rest assured the issue is almost 100% software.

The hassle being that erasing the device and setting up as new may prove the only way to definitively solve the issue.

Try a Forced Restart which is different than a regular restart. Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears. You will not lose anything.
