i want know that my macbook have a SMS in it or not how to know please help

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch,Early 2015), OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)

From the first link you provided "That's what LiquidMac attempts to do as it uses any Mac equipped with a sudden motion sensor to simulate liquid sloshing around inside your Mac when you move it." Once again, read the article I linked to paragraph 3 Note.

to answer your question, NO. You need an older Mac that has a SMS
