I'm wondering if someone knows what's the difference between the 2 view choices in the playlists between "My Music Playlists" and "All My Playlists" because I don't find any… with iTunes 12.4.

That probably means all of your playlists have songs.
"My Music Playlists" - If you select this option, the playlists shown below are only the ones that have songs. For example, if you have a playlist with podcast episodes only (no songs), that playlist would not be shown. Only your playlists with songs.
"All My Playlists" - If you select this option, all playlists are show below, regardless of media type on the playlists.
