I have videos in folders on iPhoto on my MacBook Pro. When I check the "include videos" tab in iTunes it creates a folder after the sync but no videos that were in the original folder are there. What is going on?

What is the origin of those videos? Are they in a format that can be synced into the Photos app on your phone or are they rips off of the internet? If they are videos of entertainment, you're better to load them directly into iTunes and sync them from there. Additionally, the sync process doesn't read subfolders, so make sure you aren't designating a sync of a folder that has your desired contents in a subfolder of that folder.
