I had just gotten my Mac and was browsing through my email ... when I came upon a title to email that said "personal information is contained in this email." Well like a fool, I opened it and when I did the Safari warned me that a threat was present. Guess who it was! Citrix sent it and convinced me to cooperate by allowing them to download the Citrix on-line development plug-in to remove threats and setup my new computer. I didn't understand the message sent from my own new Mac computer well enough and thought I might need the help. So I let them enter my computer, foolish again. Oh and now the cost was to be $249.00. I started to cry and said no to the offer, because the behavior was suspect. What seems to be the case now is that I needed them to remove themselves. Now, one month later, I would like help to remove the plug-in.
