No/Prohibited sign on startup
Hey all, I have a macbook pro from late 2011 in which I replaced my hard drive for an SSD and replaced my optical drive for the original HDD. Recently, it froze randomly without warning so I forced a shut down. Then, after making the little startup chime and displaying the apple logo and progress bar, a No/Prohibited sign you see on the "No Smoking" signs came up and just stays there. I've tried several different startup commands but nothing really seems to work except for reseting RAM (Option-Command-P-R), Startup manager, and OS X recovery. In the Startup manager and OS X recovery, my SSD in which was running Yosemite (10.10) doesn't even show up. It seems like my SSD failed, but I'm not sure because it's only been 3-4 since I got it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
