Hi
To check your current heart rate on your watch:
More information:
Measure your heart rate with your Apple Watch - Apple Support
Be sure to follow the steps described in my previous reply when opening and switching between available Glances.
The Heartbeat Glance is not an app, so it does not have an icon on the Home screen (which is accessed via a single press of the Digital Crown when viewing the time on your watch).
If it is not already included within Glances, to add the Heartbeat Glance to your watch:
- On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > Glances > tap on Edit (upper-right) > in the Do Not Include section, tap on the "+" sign next to "Heartbeat" > tap on Done (upper-right).
Under glances it shows that the heartbeat heart should be on my watch, but it is not showing up
TThanks......got it!
You're welcome! 🙂
