iTunes not recognizing either of my iPhones (Windows 10)
I recently updated to iTunes 12.4, and now my iPhone 5s, and my iPhone 4 are not being recognized by iTunes. They are showing up as "Apple iPhone" in my file explorer, but are not accessible through iTunes or iFunBox. I have tried all the options suggested at the support link here:
If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support
I have deleted the lockdown folder.
I have tried multiple cables.
When I go into the device manager, there is no "Apple Mobile Device USB Driver" under "Universal Serial Bus Controllers", but there is "Apple iPhone" under "Portable Devices". Searching for an update to that driver says "Windows has determined that the driver software for your device is up to date" "MTP USB Device".
Most interestingly, I downgraded to iTunes 12.1.3, thinking that would take me back to a working version, but actually it STILL doesn't recognize my phone(s)!
What on earth is going on?!
