For info you are talking to fellow users on these forums, not iTunes Support nor Apple - we can't see what you have/haven't bought nor potentially refund you.
As well as looking at your own account's purchase history (See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support), if you are a family organiser in family sharing check the members accounts as well (unless they have a balance that covers their purchases, members purchases will be charged to the organiser's card). If you can't find what it's for, and iTunes Support can't see anything on your/family's account(s), contact your card issuer.
Log into your iTunes/Apple ID account and check your purchase history.
If it doesn't seem to be correct (no subscriptions that you forgot about, etc) then contact iTunes or App Store support. You can start by clicking on the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page.
