I have an IMAP at&t account setup on my ipad and iphone 6s. The emails disappear from my inbox on their own after 2 weeks. How do I get this to stop? as a busy working parent I often need to refer back to emails older than 2 weeks.
iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.2
Then try settings - mail, contacts - scroll down to calendar - see if you change the sync time ther
OR
Settings - Mail, Contacts - email name - advanced - delete messages after - choose desired time frame
Settings - Mail, contacts - <name of email> - Days to sync - change to desired time frame
That does not come up as an option.
