Select Apple menu About This Mac to find your Mac OS X version. 2012 Macs can't run iOS or Classic operating systems.

Not knowing what you are running limits our answer. Premier is available for the Mac, and http://roaringapps.com/apps?platform=osx offers an excellent guide to what is compatible to what Mac OS X version. There is no IOS version specific forum If you questions about iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch, or iOS Apps, pick the torum from this list Site map of Communities and Categories

"Adobe InDesign" is nice and can doo all that and more. From Magazines, flyer, brochures, labels, greeting cards, etc.

I used it when working in a print shop. It can do it all.

It is a little expensive however and it is not easy to learn how to use. It has it's learning curve. However once you get the hang of it, It can do it all.

You can find workshops/tutorials at adobe.com and how to videos on youtube.

I would look into the Adobe Suite of applications. Mainly ( InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop ). With these 3 apps there is almost nothing you can not do in desktop publishing.

If you are running bootcamp and MS-Windows then you can try Microsoft Publisher app and MS -Word. However the Adobe apps are far superior.

-Good luck and have fun.

It's not too expensive. If you need the best for your business or profession then most likely it is not free. You will have to pay for it.

It is all a tax write-off anyways.

Like I said I used Adobe publisher apps in a professional print shop and we used it for our customers.

It was used to make money from sales of professionally printed stationary.

I will try some of the posted list of Publisher apps. However they appear to be more like Microsoft Publisher and very basic.

They don't have the capabilities of the Adobe apps.
