Missing Mail sub-folders in Mail?

Overnight about 30 sub-folders have gone missing in Mail.

They are important folders as they relate to work clients.

I've tried to "Rebuild" but nothing happened.

Any idea what the problem is or how I retrieve the sub-folders?

I have back-ups to Time Capsule but am reluctant to use that as I sent and received some important mails this morning before I noticed the sub-folders are missing.

Thank you

The sub-folders have still not reappeared.

I often find that mails g mysteriously missing in iCloud but then reappear, but these folders look permanently lost which is frustrating as the content is valuable to me.

I've tried to restore via Time Capsule but that hasn't worked either.

Has anybody else had issues with folders/mails in Mail?

I've lost my work so cannot risk this happening again and will need to consider moving away from Mail and iCloud.
