Why icloud keeps blocking craigslist emails?

I keep ending up replying late to customers who email me via craigslist because the emails end up going to the junk mail folder. How do I fix this? This is costing me customers and I can't find any way to get them to exempt craigslist emails.

Have you been marking these emails that are placed in your Junk folder as NOT JUNK?

This should train iCloud to allow that domain through at some point. Have you asked Craigslist for help? they have processes on their end they can follow to address this.

You could also try going to icloud.com and create a rule that moves them back to a folder you created called CRAIGSLIST.

I have this issue, too. While the messages are in Junk mail, there is no option to mark them as "no junk" in the Mail app. When i right-click the messages the only option is to mark them as junk, even though they are in the junk folder. I tried adding @sale.craigslist.org as a contact (didn't work), and I have tried setting up a rule now, except using sale.craigslist.org. A safe senders list would be nice....
