picture size in slideshow

Hi there,

I just brought a 12.9in ipad pro and upgraded to new iso version. I want to use the slideshow to show my portfolio. The pictures I put in is 11X17in original size. When they are show as pictures the size looks good but when I start the slideshow, they looks zoom in and didn't show the full picture! I don't want that happen because all my work has organized in photoshop I just need then show as full picture one by one. Could someone help me how to fine a way set up slideshow show the original rather than zoom in? I think this is a basic and simple thing but some how I just can't find the setting.

Unfortunately there is no setting. The native Photos Slide Show is programmed that way. That's why I don't use it preferring to manually advance the pictures one by one. I would look in the App Store for an app that could possibly do what you want. There are many available, just not aware of their features.

Have you tried to change the theme? Each one displays pictures differently:

You can also try to adjust the size of the images on a Mac and make them the pixel size/screen resolution size of your iPad Pro - if an image is 11 x 17, it will always be shrunk on a smaller display. The actual size matters less than the pixels as that is how it is measured on a computer or ipad. If you adjust them on a Mac, you can simply airdrop them to your iPad.

Two possible work arounds.

Go to settings> Display and brightness> zoom> on. Try the slideshow.

If that doesn't work take screenshots of a couple of photos. The the slideshow.

And a third. Try settings> general> accessibility> reduce motion> off.

If it still doesn't work hopefully someone with a Pro will stop in with the correct answer.
