Is ios 9.3.2 safe to download on iphone 6?

I heard a while back that it wasn't good to download ios 9.3.2 but is it actually safe/ Also, I have an iphone 6

Do not believe everything you read.

The only known issue with iOS 9.3.2 was for the 9.7-inch iPad Pro, and that's since been resolved.

Just want to second what stevejobsfan said, I have 4 iOS devices, all on 9.3.2, and no issues from my end.
