How do I send a purchased iTune via text?
You don't. Text messages by their very nature cannot send any form of media.
iTunes Purchases cannot be sent over messages as that would be a gaping hole to exploit for media piracy.
What exactly are you attempting to accomplish by doing this?

That's true until this Fall. Apple announced on Monday that Messages in iOS 10 will have an Apple Music extension to allow users to send songs via iMessage. Of course, the other person would have to be a subscriber so piracy is not an issue.
True, but that is not a Text Message. It would be a Media Message powered by Messages, not strictly an SMS text message.
Also as you say, both parties would need to subscribe to Apple Music, so in effect it is not sending the actual song, but simply a link to it, so the Messages app can open it directly from Apple Music. If the receiver is not a subscriber I can assume it will suggest they subscribe to the service to listen to it.
Beyond that, it will only work with Apple Music tracks, and not actual iTunes Purchased music as far as I know. i.e you cannot simply send an song file from the Music App to someone else.
