Can't find my region on "Trusted Phone Numbers" in iCloud

I recently moved back to South Korea. I canceled my version account, and opened up a new account (KT, Korean provider). So I'm trying to change my region to South Korea in my iCloud account as well.

My question rose when I went on

http://appleid.apple.com

then

'Manage your Apple ID'

and on the

"trusted phone number" section,

I still have the old US phone number. Since I deactivated that account, I'm trying to add my new South Korean number to that, but when I tried to add the number, South Korea isn't on the list of country codes, so I can't change the number.

Anyone know what I should do?

I don't know if you still have this problem, but I've had this problem for the past 2 days. Contacting American Apple Support was unhelpful. At last, I contacted Korean Apple Support via chat, and was informed that 2-factor authentication is not available. That's why the Korea code is missing. We'll just have to stick with the older security system of answering questions.

Cheers.
