I’m getting Error 403

I’m getting error 403 when I try to publish an entry on the Blogger app. I can publish text but not pictures. It started today after I entered 2 separate posts with pictures but the third post with pictures cannot be published due to error 403. I’ve posted a “junk” post without pictures and it was published...but when I added a picture to it from my iPad photo gallery, error 403 appeared. How can I fix the problem. I’m working on an iPadPro (9 inch) using the latest iOS. Please help???
