copy flash drive to iCloud

I would like to copy all the files on a flash drive to iCloud. Can I do it without opening and saving every individual file? I have a late 2009 iMac OS X 10.11.5. The flash drive is PNY 64GB USB3.

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), Safari

Just drag and drop the files to the iCloud Drive folder in Finder:

Thanks. I see now that the folders in iCloud come up when you drag the file you want to put there.
