[HELP] How to install an app for iPhone from PC for new user (Android user).

If you discovered an app in the App Store in iTunes on your PC, you can purchase/download the app there, and then sync it to your iPhone after connecting the iPhone to the computer and iTunes. Not sure what exactly you are referring to when you say you tried to mess around with the app, as apps purchased in iTunes will not run on the computer. They are just downloaded to iTunes to manage them for all of your iOS devices. Since you find it in iTunes on the computer, I'm not sure why you cannot find it in the App Store on the iPhone, unless you are using a different country's store on one of the devices.

You would need to provide additional information to troubleshoot this any further.

One thing worth mentioning - if you can find the app in iTunes on your PC but not directly on you phone, then it quite possible the app is not compatible with your iPhone (iPod only) or iOS version. Otherwise you should be able to sync the app from iTunes to your iPhone:

As I look at the link that you provided, it appears this app is in the Vietnam App Store, and you are located in Texas? If that is the case, that could explain why you cannot locate it in the US store. Okay, I just checked the link you provided, and it is the Vietnam App Store, and that app does not appear in the US App Store. There are other Vietnamese/English dictionaries or translators, but you will have to choose something else. You cannot get the app you were looking at in iTunes on the computer or the iPhone.

The only way for you to change your account to Vietnam, is to be located in Vietnam, have a credit card from a bank in Vietnam, and have a billing address in Vietnam. This is not a viable option. As I said earlier, in searching the US App Store, I find other Vietnamese/English dictionaries. You need to select one of them, since those are the only ones that you can download here.
