I want to connect a freestyle libre to an iphone. Freestyle Libre is an bloodsugarlevel meter which connect to a phone through NFC.
SAmsung made it possible for their phones. What about Apple?

First, you must convert NFC to Bluetooth signal, and than send the info to the iPhone.
The good news is: There's already an gadget called "BluCon" that converts the NFC readings to Bluetooth and send it to the iPhone.

With the excuse of protecting data they provide an inferior service.
They may not bounce to the developers, but as a consumer I feel that they sold me a capped phone.

A device? You have the Freestyle device, but the point is that if the NFC was not capped you could use your smartphone.
Apple never claimed that was a feature of the iPhone. If it doesn't work for you, then go buy something else.
