how to activate mini ipad with aforgotten ID and password

I need to activate my mini ipad but I forgot my ID andpassword, It was perfectly working until my daughter update it by accident., Alll I need is to retrieved all my photos stored in it. it was very important to and I don't have a copy of it,if anyone know how to activate my mini ipad im beggin you please help me! thanks a lot
