Supercell Link Device Problems

Hi there,

I am currently having major dramas with linking devices from android to ios. Lets take Clash Royale as an example... I cuurently have an account on Android, high level and spent some money on it. I have just got a new iPhone, which has been linked to my game centre account on my ipad. I have contacted support who have informed me that I need to create a new apple id/game centre account and re-install the app. However everytime I do this (now created 4!) it reverts back to the original lower level account I created on my ipad,

Please help
