I have three Skype accounts. I need to be able to have all three open at the same time. How do I do that? Currently can only open one, then have to close that and open another

I'd guess that while you are signed into acct #1, you cannot. The only way I can think of doing that would be to have the different accounts on different OS partitions; however, then you'd have to boot into another partition, so signing out/in appears to be the only way.
However, I'd suggest asking Skype support to see if there is a way for you to do what you want.

As far as I know, you can't do that as there can only be one instance of the Skype application running at any given machine. Maybe someone on Microsoft's forums would have a suggestion since Skype is a Microsoft product/service.
I have three Skype numbers for my small business. If Skype is not open, then i never hear it ring and it immediately goes to voice mail.
In that case, I'd definitely ask Skype if you can have three numbers combined into one account - that should be possible; many businesses have more than one phone number.
