iPhone won't charge after using a mini fan

My sister bought this $1 mini fan that plugs into your iPhone's charging port and the fan uses the iPhone's battery to make the fan move. Today I plugged the fan into my iPhone and the fan started spinning then all of a sudden it just stopped, my sister was in the room and said "Oh that happened when I was using it and now my phone won't charge" so I went and tried to plug it into a wall charger and it wouldn't charge, the only way it is charging right now is by having it plugged into the computer. Can someone please help me and try to figure this out?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.2

I saw this fan at a local store and tested it out for 20 sec. Now my battery dies super fast and doesn't even charge with certain cables that worked only hours before using this fan. Can't even use my car charger anymore.
