iPhone won't charge after using a mini fan

My sister bought this $1 mini fan that plugs into your iPhone's charging port and the fan uses the iPhone's battery to make the fan move. Today I plugged the fan into my iPhone and the fan started spinning then all of a sudden it just stopped, my sister was in the room and said "Oh that happened when I was using it and now my phone won't charge" so I went and tried to plug it into a wall charger and it wouldn't charge, the only way it is charging right now is by having it plugged into the computer. Can someone please help me and try to figure this out?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.2

Ive had the same problem a few times before. What I did was plug the charger in, quickly take it out, then in and out a few more times.. but QUICKLY. Does the fan work in your phone still?

I didn't actually buy the fan, the sales man just demonstrated to me and ever since that my phone has not charged and computer won't recognize it... now it's just completely dead

This happend to try and turn your charger different ways. If that doesn't work the use a different charger than it's used to. These both worked for me.

Try using a charger that hasn't been used on it recently or on a new charger. Or try and turn the charger around when you plug it in.
