My iPad is showing unusual behavior, how i recover it ?

Today morning i was accessing my iPad and when i started to search on Google then it started to open new windows automatically and i switched off it but after 30 min when i open it, that was same and my many apps also stopped working.

Then my friend suggested me to Call Tech Support guys i have Call to iPad Technical Support it was under TECHLABS24X7 Technical SERVICE ("I paid them $99.99 ("payment" <payment@techlab24x7> and when i called them again then it came under new name "Tech365 Inc" Telephone Number #844-798-3801 here i paid $300.00 for 1 year service. But after 6 days my all apps stopped working and it was showing indication of Virus and asking for my account password.

Four hundred bucks?! You've been seriously ripped off. Simply shutting down Safari (double click Home button, then swipe app upward) and resetting your iPad before reopening Safari would almost certainly have fixed your initial problem. Now your being phished. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PASSWORD!!!!

What country are you in? TECHLABS24X7 is not Apple Support for iPads. You should be contacting legitimate Apple Support about this, not some third-party operation that has nothing to do with Apple. Your best bet at this point may well be to restore your iPad from a backup made before all of this happened. I hope you have one. If you live near an Apple Store, you can make an appointment at the Genius Bar to get help.

Hi

This has been a scam from the start!!!

Go to settings- Safari delete - history & web data .

If you have given them any infomation change password NOW.

Go to settings - iCloud back up now .

After backup restore iPad back to factory settings.

Then set back up using your apple ID & iCloud back up .

If you have any problems go to support .apple .com

Cheers

Brian

Ps if you have given them any card details contact your bank NOW
