I am a new user of iphone 4s, so please send me some answer for my question.
I just have some trouble, why can’t I install such apps from app store??
When I click the apps then install, it just stuck on it and waiting and waiting, it will never complete the download.
What do you think? Wifi connection problem? Or what?

Maybe you can try these steps:
1. If you can remove your app, remove it first (hold any icon on homescreen > you can see "x" icon on every app immediately > tap "x" icon to remove it)
2. SIgn out your App Store account
3. Turn off and the turn on your phone again or you can try restart your phone (hold power+home button for 5-10 seconds > release them until you see the Apple logo)
4. Sign in back you App Store account
5. Try to download another free app
Additional information:
If you're still getting this problem you can reset your iPhone:
1. Go to Settings > General > Reset
2. Tap Reset All Settings
3. Done
P.S: Don't forget to backup your iPhone on iTunes before choose "reset all settings"
