Does Anyone Has A MagSafe 2 Power Adapter That Has Its Serial Number Located Inside The Space Where Two Pins Are Located?

Hi guys!

I want to find out if the MagSafe2 power adapter that I just bought is authentic or counterfeit.

I bought a MagSafe2 power adapter that has its serial number located inside the space, where two pins are located. Its model# is A1424. All the MagSafe power adapters I have seen always have the serial number located underneath the big round metal head (I guess it is called either male or female head?). Please see picture for reference.

If any of you have or had it from Apple Store, can you let me know?

Thank you!

I bought it used in the United States. I found it on Craigslist.org and that's why I was concerning about its authenticity. But I think it's a real genuine Apple MagSafe 2 power adapter, since yours has the serial number in the same location as mine, and I actually took it to Apple store, and the stuffs there said it is authentic.

Thank you for for your help, buddy!
