Beats by Dre ( PowerBeats 2)
First of all I am huge fan of the Beats by Dre brand and what it stands for. I am taking the time to write this letter because I truly love the brand. Unfortunately these past 4-5 months has been disappointing and frustrating. A little background of myself and usage of my headphones; I am fitness model represented by Wilhelmina. That being said I spend an extensive amount of time at the gym. I am what you call a “gym rat”. I work out 5-6 days a week in most cases twice in one day. My family bought me the Power Beats 2 because they thought it will be the best headphones fit my lifestyle. I’ve used the Beats by Dre products in the past and loved it! I was super hyped when I received these as a gift. Since then I’ve had issue with my Power Beats 2 for the past couple of months and I’ve had to replace them three times already. The customer support team has been great and very helpful in the replacing process. They also have assured me that the replacements have come straight from the assembling line. The turnaround for me was recently, when I was in Dominican Republic on vacation for three weeks and my Power Beats 2 just stop functioning and charging half way through my first week. So the rest of my two weeks of working out in a foreign country I didn’t have any headphones. I was so upset! For me it has come to the point that I need a product that I could truly depend on to meet my needs whether that is at the gym or traveling. Hopefully this message could be of some use to help future customers that might encounter this same issue.
