Unable to activate DisneyJunior App on my Apple TV 3rd generation (Suddenlink). Anyone experience this issue?

Previous to today, the app was connected to my Apple TV via our provider, Suddenlink. I upgraded our TIVO/TV package to include a few more family channels (yes, the Disney Channels are still available to us under the new plan). In doing the upgrade, Suddenlink suggested we sign out/sign back in of all devices utilizing provider apps (we also have 2 iPad minis and 2 Roku's utilizing the provider apps). I was apple to setup/access the Disney Junior App on all other devices once the upgrade was done. After the upgrade I:

(1) Opened the Disney Junior App > Settings > Log out

(2) Turned off/unplugged all cords from AppleTV for more than 20 min

(3) Restarted the AppleTV > General > Network > Ethernet (to ensure internet was connected)

(4) DisneyJunior App > Settings > Login w/ TV provider > instructions/code displayed

(5) Using FireFox from my Mac Laptop > watchdisneyjunior.com/activate

(6) Selected Apple TV , Suddenlink, Code from AppleTV and the screen displayed:

ERROR An error occurred during the activation process. Please try again.

(7) Generated another code from Apple TV, retried (6) above with the same result.

(8) Using Chrome from my Mac Laptop > watchdisneyjunior.com/activate = SAME RESULT AS (6).

(9) Using Safari from my iPhone 6s Plus > watchdisneyjunior.com/activate = SAME RESULT AS (6).

OMG....what is going on?
