I was recently in Germany and as soon as i got back to the US my signal only showed the AT&T sign and 5 dots, before i went to Germany it showed that and a LTE or 4G sign, and i can text (some people) and make calls, but no unlimited data, and i don't think its AT&T because my dads phone is working, anyone know the problem.

Did you turn off cellular data? Settings>Cellular?
Did you use a local SIM in Germany? If so, go to Settings>General and see if there is an entry for "Device Management". It will be right under VPN. If you see one, tap on it and then delete it.
Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings.
If that fails, contact AT&T.

no i might have accidentally used a little of telecoms signal in germany. I did not see any thing though any other suggestions?
My cellular bars are on but no 4g or lte
