My Iphone created alarm clocks by itself?

Hey guys, yesterday at 3 AM my Iphone 6 created alarm by itself to 3:01. It was in my pocket when the alarm started to ring (i have night shifts). When I turned it off, shorthy after another alarm followed and then another until i opened the alarm clock app and was shocked when i saw there were like 22 new alarm timers created not by me!! I am including screen shots so you can see what i am talking about. I have not created this alarm clocks please can someone explain? Thanks 🙂

Is it possible you tapled on a time somewhere in an email, or a message and saved it as an alarm? Or unknowingly accepted an invitation?


The screenshot does seem to show an errant behavior, so try these standard troubleshooting steps (after manually deleting the unwanted alarms):

Reset: hold down the Home and Power buttons until you see the Apple logo (10-20 seconds).


If this doesn't help, you might need to Restore your iPhone.

If your backup is to iTunes, make sure it's an encrypted backup.

Thanks for your reply, I have deleted the unwanted alarms and restarted the Iphone. I will let you know if this helped or not.


As I don't have mobile data at this moment and there is no wifi at my workplace, I wasnt even opening the email app or accepting any invitations so I don't think thats the case.
