Is it bad to charge an iPad on an iPhone charger all night?

I Plugged my iPad in last night when It was at like two percent. I used it for just a little bit, then I left it. It was about twelve o'clock, when I woke up at six thirty, it was only at 86%, and I realized that I had plugged it into the wrong charger. I also have a mMicrosoft use extender that came it's my xbox 360 that went from the end of the Apple charging cable to the box (it's actually kinda short but it still gives more length). That might not be relevant information, but just letting y'all know it all cuz I love my iPad and I am overprotec of it. Thank you for helping and reading this and all.

No, you won't do any harm by charging the iPad overnight or by charging it with the iPhone charger. However, it will take much longer to charge with the iPhone charger so it's not generally what you'd want to do.

Agreed. I have a good one with a USB power jack + 3 outlets in the business end, and it will work up to 240 volts, so I can use it anywhere in the world (assuming whatever I plug into it will work in that range, of course). But I still carry the 6 foot Apple cord.

You can now find 10 foot lightning cables that may help your short cable problem. Try any store that sells phone accessories.

Apple makes a full length power cord that replaces the flip-out plug on the iPad USB power adapter, the same cord that comes with all Apple notebook computers.

I've found that carrying a three foot extension cord when I travel has save me quite a bit of unhappiness. And, they're cheap.
