How do you fix the unwanted transpose/pitch changes in Logic Pro X

I have been having this problem for over a couple of months and bee trying to find a solution online to fix this problem. I have been getting unwanted transpose/pitch changes when playing my tracks or recording midi. Can anyone help me with this problem because it is becoming very annoying. I love Logic Pro X and i don't want to have to convert to another DAW, but if I don't find a solution i will... Thanks in advance....
